Down under, Australia200 fell 0.50%.
USD/JPY rose 0.63% to 108.77.
Stock market traded mostly unchanged, with investors focusing on earnings from companies like HSBC and BP, ahead of the start of the Federal Reserve’s two-day meeting.
Brent oil traded 1.72% higher at $66.15 a barrel.
EUR/USD traded at 1.2087 after it gained 0.03%.
